Breeze's Review - Between The Pages Guest Reviewer
I thought this was such a great story to teach children the importance of appreciating people who are different from you. In this very well illustrated story, two shoes the right and the left were very different but in the end the lesson is learned that no matter how different they are they are still there for one another. I thought what a great story to share with children who have siblings, especially if their siblings are different from them.

I also enjoyed that the story touched on sportsmanship and how important it is to be a team player. Often times this can be an issue for children but I felt as though this was the right book to help address those issues. The author really did a great job and my daughter and I enjoyed sharing this book together.
